BUYER BEWARE: This contractor was not willing to provide (me) the customer with what I wanted in my own home. I believe any customer would like to pick out their own cabinets and color of paint that goes in their home. We had a water flood in our home. I contacted Ed Ivory, he and his wife came out to measure to restore my kitchen cabinets, hardwood flooring and paint. Since everything needed painting, I was going with a new color. Replacing all white paint with some form of grey paint. I was told by Ed Ivory that he had some grey paint that he was using on some condos that he was doing and he would put that same color in my home. I was fine with that, however my very small guest powder room was painted a dark color paint...I was told by Ed that he had to use 3 coats of paint, and it would cost additional funds to paint grey over that dark color.  Well the powder room is so small that only one person can stand in it at a time. He wanted to go back with the dark purple color...I told him right from the start that I wanted a different color. He complained about the cost of the paint and putting 3 coats of paint on it like he was paying for it. He started installing the drywall and it took 7 days to put in the small amount of drywall. However he did not repair the drywall correctly. He never came back to finish the job and I had to get another company to finish what he already got paid to do. These are pictures from the drywall that Ed Ivory done. The new painter could not paint them because she said they were not done right. You could still see the tape and the drywall was so thin. So my question is why he Ed was complaining about the paint and he was not even ready to paint. So I have to get someone  else in here to fix the drywall and paint my walls and he got paid $900 plus dollars for deposit to fix. You can still see the tape. He charged me 440.00 to put in the drywall and stole almost $500.00 from me complaining he had to drive from Red Oak Georgia to Newnan, That he normally charge people $150.00 just to come out. He was complaining about every little detail. I would never use this contractor again. I have never been taken advantage of like this before by a contractor...this is a new all-time low.

Very satisfied with carpet and tile installation. This was a 'must get done today' surprise for my husband! They were very helpful with the selection/quality chosen for this project which was finished on time!

Although contractor was fairly quick to begin reconstruction, worked only one day and didn't return for a week. Quality of work was poor: carpet not tacked completely, stain applied to molding after being nailed in place and stain smudged wall paint, wood insert to fill in the smaller than needed vanity did not fit properly and was just nailed in with one nail. All in all, I was not pleased with the quality of workmanship and will not use these contractors again, nor will I recommend them to any of my friends,.
