I would give 0 stars if I could. We called them appr 2 months ago to have them come service our fridge. It leaks water all over our vinyl floor and i was afraid someone would fall in the puddle. It's had a bath towel in front of it for all this time. A month or so later, I called to jog their memory. They had to look on their books, but after a few minutes they found where we had called before. Then Tuesday of this week I called again and left a message. They returned my call Wednesday morning and said he would be here tomorrow, which was yesterday. I stayed home all day yesterday, no show, no call. Someone was here all day today, .no show, .no call. (My time is just as important as yours) I have found a new service man, coming Monday, that promises he'll be here. My advice??? Call someone else!! Poor service! And I have no idea of the quality of work that he does. I didn't get the chance! And to SWIA, please be more courteous to future customers and call if you can't make it, or aren't interested in their business.
