Classy Glass and Mirror

I was given a quote for two shower glass doors, one was to be clear glass and another was to be satin glass. Two shower doors were installed on 8/10. Javier, the owner, told me on that day that the supplier messed up and gave him clear glass for the master instead of satin glass. He told me that the satin glass would be in in 7-10 days and that he would come back out and install the satin glass master shower door. I received a text from him on 8/24 stating that the supplier was "dragging there butts" and that he was going to speak with the regional manager of the supplier. He apologize for the delay. I received no reply to my repeated phone, text, and FB messages over the next two weeks. It wasn't until I left an honest negative review that Amber (Javier's wife and co-owner of business) sent me a FB message threatening to sue me for defamation. Amber and Javier are refusing to honor the quote I was given for satin glass for my master shower door.

Javier was on time, professional, and did a great job. We were moving three large glass dry-erase boards from the second floor to the fourth floor of our building. The boards were barely too big to fit in the freight elevator, so they ended up carrying them by hand up the stairwell. The installation went very smoothly, and the results are perfect. I will keep him in my contacts list for future projects!
