About Excellent Home Improvement
We are a full service family ran, residential remodeling company. I Dan Zuckswert have lived, worked, and served the Shasta County Community since 1978. Licensed as a General Contractor since 1994. Light commercial, rental and home repair/remodeling is all we have done. We work on one project at a time, so focus is on you. Where we are not finished with the job until you are satisfied. After all without the customer there is no business. Give us a call for free estimates. We are EPA certified.

We couldn't have asked for a better contractor. Excellent Home Improvement was in fact, excellent! Dan was quick to respond to our questions, give us a reasonable estimate, and tended to details. His professionalism was superb and the final product is stunning! There were multiple times during our kitchen remodel that we thought of something we needed, only to realize Dan had ALREADY thought of it and taken care of it. It was such a pleasure to work with Dan and his crew. The next time we are ready for a project to begin, we will definitely be calling him!

Dan helped me out with an emergency roof replacement before a storm hit. He did an excellent job and is very professional and reasonable.
