Never keeps appointments, and when he rarely does, he's very late. Did a poor installation of my Rheem water heater. He left the old water heater in my driveway for 4 days (He said he'd be by the next morning, LOL). Asked him to come and fix his shoddy work, said he would, but of course never showed up! Never keeps his word, very unprofessional, very poor communicator... If there was a zero rating, that's what I'd give him. AVOID this "business" at all costs! Don't say I didn't warn you!

Company is a complete scam!! Buyer beware! Do yourself a favor and read the BBB Better Business Bureau about this company before moving forward. Company is made up of one boy Jonathan, his cell phone and younger brother. He only accepts cash or personal checks and never leaves receipt or any warranty. Do your research and be careful!

I contacted Pure Water Solutions of FL LLC in Redington Shores FL because I was having a well issue. They came to my location and assessed the issue and quoted me a cost between $2,300 - $2,500 depending on the difficulty of removing the pump. It took approximately 5 hours to complete the project. At the end of the project I was given an invoice for $3,750 and required to pay by check in full even though their invoice showed terms as net 30. The increase in price from the quote was never discussed with me prior to receiving the invoice. I tried contacting the owner of the company several time asking for an itemized breakdown of the invoice along with an explanation of the additional cost but they did not respond. Finally when they did respond they said they would look into the project and get back with me. During our conversation they did agree that a discussion should have been made in regards to the additional costs prior to me receiving the invoice. It has been two week since this conversation and I still have not been contacted even after several more attempts to contact them. I would not recommend this company.

I needed a new water heater. Tired of paying my usual plumber exorbitant hourly fees, I decided to give Pure Water Solutions a shot. They came out the day after I called, bid the project and switched out my water heater the next day. The company is new, but the installers have experience. Everyone was respectful, timely and knowledgeable. Eager to get new business, I would recommend them. I live in Westchase with. 3,600 sqft home and 50 gallon natural gas heater.
