We hired Justin Cook to replace our garden shed roof and replace the kitchen oven. They sent us invoice on Feb 18, 2018. We paid the kitchen oven portion immediately($3057.79) and they performed the task as scheduled. Then they said they would start the roof job and we paid the remaining per their email instruction($1571.33). They kept saying that they are coming, and coming, and finally in August they stopped answering our phone calls and emails. In late August we launch a BBB complaint. They never respond either. Now we are planning to sue them.

Justin Cook had his electrician install a car battery charger for half the bids of two large companies with efficiency and creative thinking. Justin made a solid effort to make sure the job was done right.

Very POOR.. We hired Urban City to complete a bathroom / shower repair. The company used a unlicensed plumber to complete a portion of the work, resulting in water damages to the condo below. Urban City would NOT cover the costs of the repair work. WA. State Labor and Industry cited and fined the company using a un-licensed plumber. The company has still failed to pay for the repair work. L&I Citation RCW 18.106.020 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PROJECT.....

I called Urban City at about 10am asking them to install a garbage disposal unit that I had already purchased at Home Depot; Urban City was on the Home Depot/Red Beacon site. Urban City was about to schedule an appointment THAT DAY. The technician arrived and finished the job in less than an hour. This was the best service and best value I've found in a long time.
