We provide organic, liquid moss treatment and moss removal that is "green" and environmentally-friendly to protect your family and pets. We also provide gutter cleaning and window cleaning using organic cleaning products while recycling debris and blow-off materials back into the environment. Maxclean or Clear All or All Clear PNW (allclearhomes.com / allclear.gutter.roof@gmail.com / 425-455-8590) First of all, which one is it? You answered the call with “Maxclean” and I already got confused as I thought I called the wrong company but you said it’s all the same (???) Anyways, after purchasing from Groupon, I made several calls, left voicemails, sent email and texts to schedule but I keep getting excuses after excuses including too busy and using Covid (looks like another customer left a review on 3/18/23 and had the same reason too - Covid) it’s almost Thanksgiving and I got the same excuse. I requested a refund promptly and still waiting. I even said this might be a scam and he said there are no scams in Groupon. Well you kinda are… excuses to delay or not do service but gotten paid in advance - technically, you are scamming people!

I bought a Groupon for Maxclean to treat my roof for moss removal and clean my gutters in October of 2022, and as of May 2023 they were still giving me excuses on why they couldn't do the job yet. At first they said they were too busy due to covid, and then it evolved into the fact that my home was larger than their guideline allowed, although I had informed them back in October/November that I'd cleaned half the gutters myself. I am getting ready to sell my home so I wanted to get the moss removed last winter so it'd be gone when I list the home for sale, so Maxclean's continued delays and excuses have now left me with a mossy roof when I'm about to list. One of their recent excuses was that the roof was too mossy to walk on! I finally got a full refund from Groupon, Maxclean appearently didn't even respond to their resolution query. I do not recommend using this contractor.

  | Moss Removal using bristle brush | Jan 2015 | For this job the customer requested a same-day moss removal. We first blew all the loose debris off the roof, getting rid of some of the moss that was somewhat detached. We then used a bristle brush and by hand, carefully scraped all the moss of the composition roof. This takes a few hours depending on the square footage. We blew the scraped off moss into a pile and put it into the compost pile. After the roof was completely clean, we sprayed the entire roof with our liquid, organic moss treatment as a preventive measure to deter moss from growing back. Moss will always grow back in the Puget Sound, but our treatment will deter it for a longer period of time then without. | $399 | Seattle, WA |
  | Organic Roof Moss Treatment | Jul 2014 | We first blew the roof off with air using back pack blowers. We blew off all loose debris, blowing it back into the lawn or woods or natural areas around the home so it could be recycled back into the elements. If any of the debris landed on the porch or walkways, we blew those clean as well. We then applied our organic liquid moss treatment on the entire roof including the live moss still attached to the roof. The organic treatment has a preventative measure that deters moss re-growth. The treatment killed the moss in 2-3 days, turning it brown and causing the moss to detach itself from the roof. The moss then fell off the roof over time due to the wind and rain. This way the moss is also recycled back into nature, which is a good fertilizer as dead moss.
