About Calm Designs
Chris Simons -- graduated from Western Washington University and the Art Institute of Seattle. Her design aesthetic and creative eye have been nurtured by living and traveling throughout Asia and Europe. Experiencing this breadth of culture and style has deeply influenced her work. She is also proud of her Pacific Northwest roots, having lived in both Oregon and Washington since childhood. After working for a local architect, Chris started her own design business in 2004. Chris has been privileged to work with hundreds of customers on projects as big as whole house remodels and as small as one room remakes. She has enjoyed getting to know each of her clients and designing spaces for them that fit their individual style and needs.
