Pacific Rim Cleaning & Restoration

Love this guy! We looked for a professional cleaner since our cat urinated on our couch and we did not have any luck with the product we used on our own. We found him on Home Advisor. He messaged us immediately! (he said his average response time is 7 min) he gave us a quote based on our specific needs and came to our house 30 min later. He was so nice and friendly. He educated us on how urine penetrates carpets/upholstery and why it's difficult to remove. He suggested if we get carpet in the future to pore baking soda on it to draw out the crystals that urine can leave behind. It was awesome to be educated in case this happens again in the future. He gave us an incredible price and vacuumed our whole couch afterwards because he stated he wanted the whole couch to look uniform! He's an awesome man, moved from Seattle to be closer to Primary Children's Hospital for his kid. Great Cleaner and an even better human! We will be using him for all our cleaning/restoring needs!!

This company is terrible. They give a great sales pitch, dry things out quickly but after that it's difficult to get any response. Their services are extremely expensive with little to no benefit. We had a small leak and wanted to make sure it was addressed professsionally. We paid them our deductible and once paid it was near to impossible to get any response. Two months later, our insurance company is frustrated with their poor response times, and they want $1600 on top of the $3800 they were already paid for their "services". All they did was set up fans, send an estimate to insurance and have a few delayed conversations with our sgent. Way overpriced and our bathroom is still ripped up. I do not recommend this company. Steer clear.

Pacific Rim was great to work with, they made the whole process from start to finish easy and pleasant. Great company, very courteous and professional.
