AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! They're horrible and dishonest. Part of the written work order was to fix specific parts of the exterior. Two sections were NOT fixed properly, and even though the work order says, “All work warranted for 20 years”, they have not come back to fix these mishaps after numerous attempts of trying to contact them. They also left our property a mess during the repair, and though they said they would come back out, they never showed up. They did call back, once, offering to come to our house and neighborhood with their guys in a threatening manner if a review was posted. Truly classless and ostentatious human beings. We’re speaking with an attorney regarding this. After paying them $4,000 for the work and warranty, only for them to not come back, and instead threaten our family, is disappointing, and a scare tactic that is offendable and tasteless from an amateur and inexperienced company. What else can one expect when they’re from an impoverished area. They prefer to leave the burden on the consumer rather than maintaining the integrity of their “company”. Unfortunately, I am going to be involved in a lawsuit with this company. The owner refuses to get back to us. Consumer affairs and BBB are now involved as well. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
