I used this company based upon their reviews. They took up a lot of time with me, and I felt confident in them seeing my vision. They nailed my vision, but their finishes were not acceptable. My new concrete patio had scratches, and the paint rusted. I called to speak with owner for a call back, I was never contacted, so I repainted.

I contacted this company to make rails for my patio. They saw my vision, but the finishes were bad. Spots were showed rusty metal, and they scratched up a new patio with metal being slid on patio and sander used to get up primer drips. I contacted the owner for call back with no response, so I sanded the rust off and repainted.
