It takes about Two (2)weeks to Prep a home by sanding, scraping, Caulking and painting on One or two coats of paints. I am insured and GUARANTEE my work for Ten (10) years as long as I can approve good high quality paint I decided to extend my Professional Painting service at a SUPER low fee of $1,600.00 at a special monthly payment plan of $200.00 for Eight (8)months. This $1,600.00 fee is for LABOR ONLY! If anyone would like to have his or her home painted, I will draft a LABOR ONLY contract for your approval. I have a home office which is for tax purposes and convenience.
