Ayercon Handyman Service

Ayercon was established in 1989, in Santa Cruz, California, right after the Loma Prieta earthquake. Primarily as a Home Improvement and Repair Business. Within a year Ayercon expanded to motel upgrades and renovations, to help motel owners keep up with their franchise compliance requirements. The owner started out as a carpentry specialist in the U.S. Air Force, where he played different roles. First as a housing maintenance carpenter, then a leader of a S.M.A.R.T. team, where he led 2 carpenters, 1 plumber, and 1 electrician, performing maintenance on base facilities. During this time the owner was able to pick up plumbing, and electrical skills. After the Air Force the owner has worked as a flooring technician, a cabinet maker, a framing carpenter, and a remodel carpenter, and has built two custom homes from the ground up.
