Would not recommend this person AT ALL for any type of a job. Had several small jobs (door knobs put on, door adjusted) and a deck redone. The doorknob has since fallen off. The deck is a "roof" deck and required waterproofing. Requested marine lumber - did not get installed. The seeming material was installed with wrinkles. The flashing applied gapes. The "guaranteed" waterproof product applied bubbled. With the first heavy rain of the spring, the deck leaked into our garage. Ron said he would be by to correct it ....my initial contact with him was March 31st - it is now almost July 1st. I am out thousands of dollars and have a deck that leaks.
