Robbies Pool and Spa

I had Robbie's Pool and Spa come out last month 5/22/19 to repair my spa. He advised me I needed a Jet Pump and Ozone Generator. He advised I needed pay him $350.00 for the parts and the remaining money when he comes to fix the repair. I paid him the money and he cashed the check the very next day. I have attempted to contact him numerous times to no avail. It is very sad that we have people like this that take advantage of people and run with their money. I hope he contacts me back to make it right.

My wife and I paid him to fix our spa. He came over for a fee, he said he can fix it for a fee. We agreed. We paid him and he did not fix or give us any money back. This is a bad way to do business. He told me he was coming over to finish, he cancelled, we rescheduled, this went on for over two months... Never got fixed, never gave us any money back (yet). I have him at least for chances to make this somewhat fair/ right/ ethical. He has declined. If someone cannot do something, no big deal, when someone says yes they can and they do not... That's wrong, that's a wrong way to do business. My wife miss the season she wanted to genjoy. So, if you're looking to have things done as they should, and have some be upfront and transparent. I cannot say this is the person to do business with. People taking your kindness for weakness is what happened here.
