  | Renton Hill Project | May 2016 | Add a new Rear 3 story Addition to the existing 1930's home. Remove the upper portion of the existing upper floor and reframe to make the home more useable. We added and increased usability to the existing home and respecting the existing homes style so it blends in and has no sense of a remodel from the front entry. We added a new Master Suite with a beautiful Seattle, Lake Washington and Bellevue view, a new Family, and Recreational Room, we increased the Kitchen to be 3 times the original size. This home also has a large Dining Room for large Family gatherings. The Value of this home has increased substantially because of all the changes. We took a 200k home and now it is valued near 3/4 of a Million dollars. 200k gain is a great investment and I am proud to see them enjoy and love their home. | $300k | Renton, WA |
