I am hoping this review is enough to help someone else avoid the same negative experience that we had with this company tiling our bathroom. I won’t go into every issue, but one example is that the tiler made a number of novice mistakes which resulted in incredibly uneven floors. When we had the owner Andrew come out and inspect it- he agreed that it was poor craftsmanship and agreed it needed to be fixed. Turns out the only thing worse than the craftsmanship of this company is Andrew’s word. Months later and completely unresponsive, he is hoping that he will avoid following through on his word to reimburse us $500 for the tile. Go with this company if you want amateurs and a complete lack of integrity.
