DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES - BUYERS BEWARE!!! I hired Diego Ortiz with Ortiz Signature Concrete to upgrade my driveway and to also do a concrete privacy wall! Ortiz did the driveway and started the wall so I gave him $10,000 deposit for the wall. That day was the last time that I saw or heard from him. -BUYERS BEWARE-

Diego Ortiz is a Ripoff and the work that he produced was Extremely Substandard. *Oh, also I paid Diego Ortiz a $10,000 deposit and never heard from him or saw him AGAIN.
