Excellent work by Ben. Communicated before coming, was on time and replaced the Ecobee Thermostat with no issues. Provided instructions on how to use the smartphone app and guided on how to use the different settings. Will definitely recommend him.

Ben went the extra mile, thoroughly testing to make sure everything was working properly. He showed me how my old thermostat was connected improperly and he corrected it. I would highly recommend him. He was great. And now even my thermostat is smarter than I am!

A gentle and kind man. There was an electrical issue outside of the thermostat install, Ben went beyond the scope of what he had to do to make sure I had heat. There should be more people as altruistic as this wonderful person, it would be a better world if each person had a heart as big as Ben!
