Jim Otis, the founder of our company, started his career in general construction in 1985, where he built condominiums and single-family homes. When he moved to Dallas in 2002, he saw the need for quality control and service in the roofing industry to homeowners. He then formed Hometown Roofing, LLC to fill the overwhelming demand of customers in the Dallas and Fort Worth area. We install all types of roofing materials, including composition asphalt shingles, designer shingles, tile, TPO, modified, built-up and mop-down systems. We also install mechanically fastened stranding seam steel roofing and Gerard stone-coated steel, an impact resistant product created with the look and texture of wood shake or Spanish tile. We are GAF certified contractors and Gerard certified. If the customer is interested in impact hail resistant shingles, we can install all types of Class 4 impact-resistant products.
