Del's Remodeling

He does not know how to successfully complete basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. Everything he worked on had to be reworked. Remodeling was extended for months because he did not measure and acquire enough tile and baseboard for a major reflooring project He depends on subcontractors, very few who were competent and/or remained loyal to him. I had to repair his faulty replacement of a failed disposal unit with an inferior model. Ignored, for weeks, multiple attempts to communicate with him. After paying extra for additional materials needed, he left me with a dozen projects to complete.
