Do not EVER use this company. It's a group of sub-contractors. I called because I had lost the key to a Craftsman tool cabinet & needed to unlock. A woman came out - couldn't pick it, couldn't find a key that would work, finally used two drills with the last one completely obliterating the lock! Then she left because she didn't know what to do. Her "boss" was supposed to call right away & come. Two hrs later, I called her - another guy came. He said she "killed" the locking mechanism with the drill so no way to open it. He finally got 1 of the 5 drawers to open by yanking them. Then he had to leave. So that was about 2+ hrs of work with no solution but damage. He returned today - spent another hour & got a 2nd drawer open by disassembling the drawer. That was his solution to getting the drawers to open. I finally said it wasn't worth it - to just end the misery. He then charged me $80 (the cash discount price) & kept saying he was there for me. So I'm out $80 & the cabinet is still partially locked & the locking mechanism is obliterated. Can I give a -star?

Was opening my door one day, and suddenly my key got stuck in the lock. Luckily, I found these guys listed online. I called them. Really friendly, and awesome. They got the key out in no time. Highly recommend.

I bought a master key system from this locksmith. They also installed it and I am very happy with the service and the price I received. Paul and Son Locksmith gave me a price estimate before starting any work. The locksmith also brought several systems to choose from and was very knowledgeable about the differences between them. This locksmith is very competent and I recommend using them.

She scheduled an appointment for me with a locksmith. When he arrived, on time, he brought several models and made a very professional presentation.
