Richmond Locksmith Emergency 24/7

I called this company for the first time. They said they would have someone over in less than 45 minutes. 2 hours later, I had to call them, 45 minutes later the locksmith arrived. I explained I had an internal door with a keypad that was not working properly. He immediately tried to sell me a new one, before he even looked at the one i have. I told him I just want the lock opened. He said he could do that for 150.00. That was high, but I told him go ahead. He headed to his truck to look for his tools. Less than 5 minutes later he was at my door telling me the door was open. I walked down to the door and saw he had one tool there, a drill. He had drilled out the lock and destroyed it. I was not happy and asked him why he did that. He said that was the only way to open the door, then he re-tries to sell me the lock. So I paid 150.00 to have him drill out a lock. He never told me that was his only solution.
