This was a bad experience. Moved from one state to another. Two items were damaged. Lost multiple items. Movers asked for cash only tip in both states. I spoke with Trent and the damage was never resolved and items never found. They claim the box was packed and unloaded. I found this upsetting since items were irreplaceable. The movers complained when they were packing my items and had bad attitud about only accepting cash tips claiming they did not receive tip if on a card. I had heard good ratings from SC branch but my experience was not good at this branch.
