Beware of this company. Totally unprofessional and abusive. Their name was given by real estate agent. contacted them by text. They set time/date to perform a termite inspection for my property. They did not show. I attempted to reach them, no reply. 1.5 hours later, I left the property, I was contacted on way home that an inspector would be at the property soon. I wait another hour. Inspector shows up, does an inspection, accepts my cash payment, hands me a business card, says to call the office for the report. I call a week later to check on the report. I am told that the employee who did the inspection is out sick, and did not mark that he had received payment. I stated my discontent about the lack of professionalism. I was greeted by the owner (who admitted that he had not checked with the employee to see if I had paid) with accusations of "your a thief, a scammer, a p.o.s., an s.o.b," and much more vulgar and abusive texts, voicemail's, and phone calls. Choose someone else.
