Prior owner put in addition-sunroom that is past useful life as windows no good and curve-causes humidity issue-i was told best idea is to put exterior wall-so no condensation in bad windows into house-told useful life of sunroom addition expired, 10-12 yrs max and to put an exterior wall up- same as was there before sunroom addition. I have to run dehumidifiers to keep below 50. Also need all windows in house but 1 replaced. No mold mildew in crawl space of house, that was remedied last summer and reinspected. Issue seems to be the sunroom all windows no good and windows are from early 1990s. Thx
