Rio Rancho Handyman

Please, please DO NOT use this man. I contacted Dennis Fitzsimons (Rio Rancho Handy Man) for a cooler start up. His as stated that he had 40 years experience. It took him 2 hours to start my cooler. The first hour was spent doing the necessary prep work and filter change. After completing this and turning the motor and water on, only warm air came through. It turned out that Dennis had not remove the damper sheet. It told him another hour to LOCATE and then remove the damper sheet. Three day later my neighborhood experienced heavy winds. One of the cooler panels flew off and damaged my neighbor's vehicle. Turns out Dennis DID NOT secure the panel properly. When Dennis returned to my home to replace the panel, he refused to communicate with my neighbor whose vehicle was damaged. NOW, three days later.....my cooler is leaking profusely.

Dennis, the Rio Rancho Handyman, responded quickly to my posting for dry wall repair on my living room ceiling. He did much of the work himself, but has contact with great professionals for dry wall texture. The completed job matched in texture and color making the repair undiscernable. My family was well pleased with his work.
