R K Burke/ Airline Electric Service has done several jobs for myself and several family members. He did an excellent job wiring my new home and the lighting throughout the house is exceptional. He was a very cordial and professional electrician. His skills match his years of experience and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician that is very reasonably priced and good quality work!

This was the 2nd time that we had used Airline Electrical Services & were more than pleased with the service that we received both times. Mr. Bobby Burke, the owner, actually answered the phone himself both times that we called him and he came right out to the service location right away both times when we needed him. He was extremely thorough in checking everything out and explained every single thing that he was doing as he went along. He answered any and all questions that we had with a positive "can do" attitude. He kept us up to date on the status of the permit required from Jefferson Parish as well as the status of Entergy's part in getting our job done too. He provided us with photos of the permit once it was acquired & in his possession and that made us feel confident & assured in the kind of person that he was and as to the quality of work that he was providing us. He was on the job early every day & stayed as late as necessary after normal business hours, even on the weekend, and he never complained at all Not even once! He was very easy to deal with and he never made me feel like I was bothering him, even though I had a million questions that I was asking him the whole time. He answered every single question with a verifiably honest answer, and that speaks volumes about the kind of upstanding person he is and the kind of values & character that he has. He proved himself to be a hard working man who takes pride in his work and who follows through on what he says he is going to do. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Bobby Burke & Airline Electrical Services. The only thing better than finding an honest, reliable, dependable company with someone who knows what they are doing and who does NOT give you the "run around", is finding a company like that who also charges extremely FAIR prices for their services too!
