Mr. Phillips came to my rental home at the request of my warranty company to repair a leaking kitchen faucet and a leaking tub faucet. He stated that he was able to repair the kitchen faucet, in which I found out later that he didn't and that he would return to repair the tub faucet due to the tenants not allowing him to enter the home. After the home was vacated, the warranty company requested that he return to make the repairs. When he came for the first visit back in June, I was not present, but paid the trade call fee by phone. When he was supposed to come out on yesterday, he stated that I needed to be there. So the repairs were not done. When i spoke to him today, he stated that I needed to be at the home to pay the trade call fee, that's why he did not come by to make the repairs. When I reminded him that I paid the fee by phone during the first visit, he became belligerent and very disrespectful. He yelled and hung up in my face. I called him back and he continued to say ugly things and yell, to the point where I hung up and reported him to the warranty company..he is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. If possible, seek other plumbing professionals..

PLEASE BEWARE THIS MEN IS HORRIBLE HE LOST MY SCREW WHEN HE WAS REPLACING VALVE IN FAUCET IN MY JACUZZI TUB LIED TOLD MY WARRANTY COMPANY IT WAS NEVER THERE AFTER PROVING HE LIED BY SENDING THEM INVOICE HE WROTE TOOK ME 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO SEND NEW PERSON MIND YOU I HAD NO HOT WATER UNLESS I TURNED IT ON FROM WATER HEATER EACH TIME FOR 3 WEEKS HE TAKES SO LONG TO EVEN FIND PARTS SAYS HE COMING THEN TEXTES U HE CANT COME I WOULD NOT LET HIM WORK ON MY NOTHING IF I WAS YOU!!LIAR
