These people are the worst. My grandma is 78 years old and they are trying to make her feel bad for her telling them that they didn't do their job correctly. My grandpa has alzheimers and my grandma is having to take care of my grandpa and deal with these people. Gabriel the owner asked my grandma to meet him at the house and he never shows up. His workers broke her cabinet in the bathroom and said they will only replace some of the cabinet and fix the other part. The owner of the company Gabriel was talking to her rudely, we went over to my grandma's house the day of the Finale walk through. So we could walk through with her and there was so much stuff that they never finished. They painted only some of the kitchen. There was one wall not painted. When she asked why that wall was not painted he told her they couldn't it wasn't part of the contract. But when we addressed that the whole house is painted except this one wall? Then he changed his mind and painted it. Then they didn't cock everything and was trying to tell us that cocking messes stuff up that's why they dont cock. But they did cock some stuff just not everything that needed to be cocked. But then later came and cocked everything but left it looking messy. The ceiling of every room was over sprayed and they just left it like that. The stove was not bracket down they just put it in the space and left it. There is a drawer under her oven and they left the pipe lines all exposed so we can't use the drawer at all. They replaced the cabinets but they didn't install them properly. They left tile under some of the cabinets which makes it plop sided. So the just cocked the crack to cover the wholes. When we talked to him he told us its between him and my 78 yr old grandma and that we have no say so. We are not trying to get anything extra we just want it done right. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE. And we are going to complain to Mercury Insurance for allowing these people to work for them. They only have 1 review that I can find and that person said the same about this company. HORRIBLE SERVICE
