The Rooter Works

I don't recommend as they are over charge like more than twice compare to other certified vendors/contractors. I realize after getting way too high quote and lost initial visiting charge. I felt its trap.

Our underground drain was clogged and I search for pros on porch.com. A few companies got interest in fixing my problem, but I didn't have to look further when I saw The Rooter Works on the list. I immediately set up an appointment with them. Alex showed up on time and gave me an outstanding explanation of the situation and my options. His assessment of the problem was spot on. He even spent some extra time helping me with other plumbing questions not related to what he was there for. They are so nice to work with and I will not hesitate to call them for any future plumbing project.

Found Rooter Works via Porch.com. Alex & Kyle were very prompt in contacting us. They came to the house and gave us their free professional estimate for our plumbing issue. They were honest about the problem they observed. They suggested we contact the company we hired previously to install the bathtub liner. The source of the leak appeared to be due to poor workmanship around the drain when the bathtub liner was installed several years ago. We contacted the company that installed the bathtub liner. The outcome was positive and our bathtub leak was resolved today. I would not have even thought to contact the original bathtub liner company if Alex had not suggested we try. I would certainly recommend Rooter Works. Very professional & courteous young men.
