Very courteous and honest. I had a leak and they immediately sent a crew to patch the roof and stop the leak at no additional charge while waiting for the permits and the tiles to come in.

After Irma hit in 2017, I got 17 different quotes from roofers from Vero to West Palm, Roof Pro had the best pricing, warranty and payment plan compared to the others so I chose to go with them. It was explained to me up front that they were several months behind but I chose to go with them anyway even though there was a 6-month wait. About a month before my start date a leak was exposed, I contacted Roof Pro and they showed up 2 days later to do the roof! The owner, his son and office personnel made sure things were taken care of in a timely manner. The roof looks beautiful! I am very happy with them and would recommend them to others.
