When he first came out, all was good but my septic tank lid cracked as hos employee was opening it, I had a 3rd party replace it, I still was having plumbing issues & asked politely if he could come back out. In the process I aaked him was his company reaponsible for the broken lid, he sounded rough & unprofessional, How you know we broke it? Sir,I was standing right there, well did he hot it with a sledge hammer?? Or a shovel? A shovel, sir I answered. But Mr. pierce Pls,dont have, an attitude w/ me because the 3rd,party askes me why you didnt replace the lid, before I could explain that part, he said he didnt wanna work on my home!!!! And hung up. Its my believe he had a nad attitude. Verbal roughness. And lacked any compassion, concern or,proper customer service!!! All bc of one question!! Wonder if is because of the color,of my skin. Regardless my money green, and I can pay!!!
