Three weeks ago I left a negative review of Jarvie Electric on Angie's list due to shoddy work and failure to refund me almost 2 months after the owner promised to do so. Within an hour of posting the review the owner texted me (having failed to return texts for 3 weeks prior) and again promised to refund me. Again he failed in his promise.
