Awful...just awful. Chris Pilgrim (owner) came to my house and quoted a job in March 2020. Said he’d be there at by the end of June. Not only did he not show up, he COMPLETELY IGNORED about a dozen texts, a handful of emails and numerous phone calls. I mean, I left voicemails pleading for him to let me know if he can’t do the job so I could go find someone else...he didn’t even have the common courtesy to apologize and just admit he overextended himself. Hard to believe he runs a business this way. Finally in November we got the job done by someone else. STEER CLEAR!!
