Joe was supposed to replace the north, east and west walls of my basement. The job was not totally finished. Mortar was missing between blocks and my windows could be pulled out of the wall. They didn't waterproof the outside before they back filled so I have damp walls already. He says I have a problem because of what the basement cost me. No my problem is what it's going to cost me to fix what he did wrong.
