Had Christos from RRSC come to repitched my gutters and add downspouts. I was told the gutters were repitched, when I question Christos about them not looking like they were touched. I was told that no it’s just an optical illusion. Low and behold I was having the same issue before he supposedly touched them. He assured me he would be back the following week to fix them. Well that week went by and the next. Months of phone calls and text messages I was ignored. Until one day he picked up and told me he was sorry he was out of the country and that he would be by the following week. Same issue, it has been 5 months and still being ignored. I would not recommend this company to anyone. He is there to make a quick buck and leave. 1 hour is how long it took him and one other gentleman to hang 3 downspouts and repitch a multi family home. I should of known better with the little time it took them. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Project was to clean and repair gutters. Most gutters were done satisfactory. He left one without proper support creating a dangerous situation. I have called, sent texts and emailed with no response. Because of this a 5 star rating is now a 1 star rating. He was great in telling me how good he was and how poorly the gutters were previously installed. He also boasted about how great he is in keeping the customer satisfied. Porch reviewed the case but washed their hands of any responsibility. I'm done with Porch and will not recommend them nor their contractors.
