Install new Frig Ice Filter, take off back panel of frig and clean coils as best as possible, use vacuum to catch dust Also added a whole house Filter with carbon element, witch will clean the water and also kill all the chlorine.

Customer had come to me about some fixes the fire Marshall requested done to complete a C. of O. for a new mortgage, most of them being minor but with a lot of work to get the compliance for standards. like installing new and existing exit signage, dryer exhaust, finding circuiting that was not working, installing a metal flexible conduit that went through the floor to a movable object and running the power through it, and also data and phone lines as well. also cleaning up a lot of extension cords and installing new outlets commercial for compliance. and installing a new addressable Fire alarm system to be monitored by the central station, in compliance with standards.

Water Filter, after 25 years of operation this particular filter body started leaking out of its main core body on top, and could not be fixed or repaired a new one had to be installed. Broke down filter and unions and replaced with new and checked for leaks

Install new electric hot water heater. This particular small 5 gallon hot water heater I had installed 24 years ago, it had unfortunately had chewed through the sacrificial rod and ate out the inside lining of the tank and thus started leaking even though the unit would still heat the water. and when I picked up its new replacement, it was a whole new plumbing configuration and had to be hard plumed in and in addition the unit was now a 120v model only, so I had to find the 240v equivalent element to make sure no problems would occur, once water tested and checked the water was hot fast.

Dumpster Enclosure had been hit by a plow loader knocking the return wall and a good section of the adjacent wall out of alignment. I had to clean up all the joints really well and check the top of the wall for other structural damage, then carefully move it back into place and re-strike the joints that are recessed into the surfaced wall with matching mortar.

Customer wanted 2x2 Colored blocks installed in place, had to dig out unsuitable soils, fill with crusher stone of color. then place tiles into place and set. Then begin to build platform in place that would support AZEK deck material, and use commercial grade screws to frame then cover with deck material with newel posts in place. then suggest to customer to use Renewable LED lighting that was solar powered for a stunning look.

Roof Project : Roof valley had signs of Ice damming. in valley area where higher roof meet the lower flatter roof. ONLY apparent when properly inspected, Initial complaint small hole above kitchen area. inspected in attic area for what may be causing problem. Checked area above kitchen area on roof discovered soft spots in valley. Once exposed, area to be repaired new, OSB board and new roof tiles. Waited for really hard summer storms for acid test.
