R&R PAINTING

I would not recommend R&R painting of Rochester under any circumstances. I am questioning their positive reviews considering my negative experience with the quality of their work and lack of expertise in painting and drywall repair. I specifically told the owner that drywall repair of the wall seams was the only reason I was painting the upstairs hallway and family room. I had to hire another company to repair their drywall work for $500 (wavy through the entire seam). I wanted them to repair water stains from leaks in my Windows that should have been sanded and a stained blocker applied to prevent the stain from returning. A novice painter should know that a stain blocker must be used before repainting. I will take them to the Small Claims Court, considering the job must be redone to prevent the water stains from resurfacing.

R&R Painting painted my bathroom, with a little drywall repair needed. They had a cancellation and Mark was able to come over 2 days later. He was on time, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything, and charged a fair price. I would definitely use them again!
