Ron is very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation. He was very polite from my first contact until the end. He went above and beyond making sure to clean up any mess that was made. He even fixed a few things for me that I didn't realize needed fixed. I am thankful that I didn't deal with different people. Not knowing who would show up to install my windows made me nervous. I had complete confidence that Ron would be coming back to install my windows.
