In 1998, two licensed general contractors started United Professional Real Estate Inspectors and grew it quickly. In 2004, with years of experience as a contractor, Dennis Chandler came on board, received training as an inspector, and in 2013 decided to buy the company. Since purchasing the business, Dennis has focused on making improvements to better address the needs of each client and has worked hard to re-brand the company, including renaming it United Property Inspectors, Inc. Under Dennis’s ownership, United Property Inspectors has evolved and developed. We believe in earning your business through hard work, honesty, and ethical business practices. That’s why we listen to our clients – real estate agents, sellers, and buyers – and put their needs first.
