SCOTT and crew crew showed up promptly on 3/2 and got right to work.They finished the job in one day and did a fantastic job.I found out all the other types of jobs they do and definitly use them again.Could not be more satisfied.

Scott and his whole crew were amazing from start to finish! They came to give us an estimate quickly, they helped us order the tile, and they were able to schedule us within the month. The price was very competitive with other estimates we received. They seemed the most knowledgable and most willing to back up their work. We had them remove almost 1000 square feet of sand and finish hardwoods that were installed incorrectly by our home builder. They then installed tile for us in that entire area. The workers were respectful of our home and our time and the job was completed exactly in the time they promised. The floors look amazing and they guarantee their work for the life of the time we live in this home. We would hire them again in a heartbeat! After some unfortunate experiences with contractors, we are so happy to have found Installer Direct and to have had such a wonderful experience!

Installer Direct came out the first day and took measurements of the 2.5 baths and laundry room we had them do and got us the estimate the that night. We had purchased the tile and they gave us the timeline for having work done. They were able to come out 2 days later to start work. They were here on time and actually spent longer on the second day to finish work a day early. They seemed very knowledgeable and the work looks amazing.
