  | Lerner Addition | Dec 2013 | Our client came to us in need of a new master suite addition. As a family of four they were outgrowing their 3 level house. Sure there was plenty of room for the family to watch TV and lounge but bedroom space was heard to come by. They could hardly have guests over so they needed a guest room too. They have twin girls so one of them upgraded to the existing master suite while Mom and Dad got the new space. This equation gained them a guest bedroom. Both girls received new carpet and paint as well as a newly remodeled hall bath. Their guest bathroom received a new makeover as well as the kitchen. We opened up the kitchen to support a more positive entertaining space. Over all the house gained more curb appeal as well as more functional spaces. | $303k | Bethesda, MD |

After many years of physical therapy one exercise managed to alleviate much of her pain: water. She would get home from work and rise early in the morning and head to the community pool to complete her work out. This routine grew tiresome and lacked privacy. This is when she discovered a wonderful product manufactured out of Pennsylvania. The Endless Pool is a sensational product used by many athletes and triathlon participants for the incredible feature that no other pool can match. It provides a steady current which allows you to swim in place. No need to worry about laps...you just keep going! If you wish, you can regulate the speed to your chosen swim speed for a more personalized work out. While exercise and recreation are the most common uses for these spas, our client used it for medicinal purposes. Now she can practice her physical therapy from inside her own home.
