Ruddy's home improvement llc

I had to give 1 star just to post, but there needs to be an option for no star. Stay clear of this contractor! They are unlicensed and dishonest. Unfortunately I learned this after they were referred to me by someone at USA Cabinet Store to install new kitchen cabinets. The crew was Ruddy's wife and another woman who damaged my walls when hauling away the old cabinets. The owner Ruddy was put in jail in the middle of my job. I could not depend on him to finish the job and was forced to replace him. Ruddy also kept my deposit for a new countertop he never ordered even though he confirmed in writing he would return my money. I've filed a formal complaint with Montgomery County.
