I would never use this company again - Keith Hann and his wife are two complete liars. There is a reason they are not accredited by the BBB. His wife came out to my house and everything i asked she told me "Keith will take care of that" - Keith then comes to do the work and says he doesn't do any of the things mentioned. I would make sure to get everything in writing from them. After receiving a quote from Keith and giving him a deposit, I had a trucker hit my power line and rip the meter and siding off my house. I need to have insurance come out and look at the damage. I had Keith scheduled to come out 2 weeks later but he insisted on doing the siding the week before insurance was scheduled to come out. He insisted that the siding i had was to old to be replaced and that the insurance company will pay for the entire siding job. After he pushed up the siding job and completed it I paid Keith in full. I repeatedly told him and his worker that the siding above my garage looked loose and terrible. They insisted they would fix it and never did. Now a week later insurance comes out and tells me since the siding was replaced and all the old siding was discarded that they could not compensate me for any damage done to my house other than the power meter. Keith basically cost me extra money at this point as I had to get a permit and have an electrician come out and pay emergency rates to reconnect power to my home. Insurance after the deductible did not cover this cost. Keith claims I asked for fake invoices, how is that even possible when I had already given him a deposit and signed a contract which I submitted to my insurance company? Keith's wife told me Keith would take off the old storm door and reinstall it, never happened. He actually trim the front door opening out so poorly that the storm door would not even fit. He was supposed to install a door bell which he did not even center in the siding properly. He told me his worker was great at using the magnet to pick up all the nails. I have 2 small children and find nails all over the yard, roof, and drive way. As far as tax goes Keith insisted that i pay him in cash and that the tax would be included. Two weeks after the installation a bad storm ripped off most of the siding above my garage - the same area i told Keith and his worker, needed to be fixed. Keith brushed it off as if it was not his issue and said that this was a normal thing. No one else in my neighborhood lost any siding. How could new siding rip off before houses that have older siding is beyond me. Keith then told me that he was shut down for the year because he had a scheduled foot surgery. I had to fight and argue with Keith to get him to send his worker back out to fix their terrible installation job. Keith then began screaming at me on the phone that he gave me a great deal and that he under bid the job. I repsonded to Keith did we not sign a contract and did I not pay you in full? As far as the gutters go, Keith had nothing to do with them. I paid his gutter guy $1,500 and he did a great job. The good friend of mine who referred Keith and had used him on rental properties actually called Keith and told him he would never use his services again after hearing all the issues I was having. I recently had more siding come off and called Keith's cell phone multiple times and left messages, none of which were returned. I then called his "office" (really his house) and talked to his wife that ensured me she would have keith call me that same day. Here we are over two months later and I still have not received a call from Keith. I have since called a different contractor who came out and said the work done over my garage was terrible. I had the siding fixed and have not had any issues since. I would stay as far away from Keith and his wife as possible. They are liars and over all not good people. I had received multiple quotes before using Keith and one of the quotes was actually $500 less. Keith claims he is lower than anyone else but he is not and when i told him i had a lower quote he replied "the only way you have a lower price is if you have a non english speaking person doing the install." In hind sight i have since used that contractor for other work and was very pleased with the work he has done. There is a reason Keith has other complaints on here and he responds and "closes" them so they dont appear on his page but the facts are facts and there is a reason he is not accredited with the BBB. The only reason I gave him 1 star is because porch.com would not let me give him 0 stars.

I had my home done in 2015 spent huge bucks siding windows and all new gutters they said life time garentee on the siding stand high winds now I have 2 areas of my siding about to fall off and nobody wants to even look at it I'm very upset as now I will loose alot of money as soon the house will be going up for sale never let this company do work for u it's not good at all
