Spencer Construction

It is now September and still no money has been returned by Brandon James Rusin after numerous phone calls to him....We also found out that casenet .com has more than 4 people who have had civil cases against him for ripping people off. Be-Ware

If anyone has hired Spencer Construction, Brandon Rusin, and paid for materials that they did not receive; PLEASE file a report with the Missouri Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I posted what happened to my husband and I in a previous post, but should anyone have questions, please call my husband James 928-246-7627 (cell).

We hired Brandon Rusin the owner of Spencer Construction to make a room out of our 2 car garage. 4 weeks later and 6300.00 paid out I have a ripped up garage with electrical problems and Brandon is nowhere to be found. This time, there were 3 that he is completely MIA to phone calls and text messages. We hired spencer construction, Brandon is/was foreman when we hired them they said it would take 2 weeks to finish it’s been 4 month now and nowhere near being finished. We gave him $10,000 to get materials, we only saw the materials he’d use that day. He and one helper showed up around 10:00 stayed till 3:30-4:00 after a few days he said he had to lay his worker off because he couldn’t afford to pay him. Brandon made a few more trips and asked for money to pay helper, helper never return! He again asked my wife for money and she wrote another check, he now has $13,000 and isn’t doing any with won’t return texts not answering his phone and most times his voicemail is full.
