Mr. Emmons pulled out our old tub and shower wall and put in a tile shower. We stayed in a hotel all week and he promised to work long hours to get it done, but there were at least a couple of days when he was barely there and he rushed to finish the shower on the other days. When we finally asked him not to come back, he lied to me that shower door was a special order and couldn't be replaced. (It was off the shelf at Home Depot.) He left a mess, including cigarette butts all over our front yard. The floor immediately felt unsteady, and the tiles on the walls are not set evenly. After 3 months the tiles in the floor started coming loose. As of now, 6 months later, some of the tiles have come off altogether. According to another contractor the whole shower will likely have to be replaced to reinforce the floor and get it up to code. When we contacted Mr. Emmons he was willing to come see the issue, but we don't trust him to repair it.

Andy Myers, Nathan Emmons, the owner, was a solid choice for the somewhat large outdoor "retreat" that I had in mind for my backyard. All i knew was what I wanted, as far as design and all of the other details i was past overwhelmed. After a few other visits I decided to go with Mr. Emmons, bc he's the only one that made it seem like more than just another job, and wanted to create a place to escape. He communicated very efficiently with me throughout the construction. As I needed guidance in picking certain product designs/ colors he came to the supply store with me to ensure i got what I wanted.. i am absolutely thrilled with my one of a kind " escape." I now have friends and neighbors that suddenly want there own outdoor oasis when it never crossed there minds nefore.
