Mid America Roofing and Construction completed a full garage remodel for us. They tore out the old shelving and drywall, installed new insulation, drywall, and a new exterior door with dog door. They added canned lights and even an outside outlet for Christmas lights! Steve and his team will give you a high quality, finished product with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I was tired of having other contractors come out and give me ridiculous quotes for a bathroom project. When I called Steve, he was able to save me thousands of dollars by offering an innovative solution at an extremely affordable price. Steve was very trustworthy, punctual, honest, and knowledgeable in what he was doing . He communicated very effectively and gave me regular updates on the progress of the bathroom and even went above and beyond and dealt with a plumber that we hired to replace our sewer line. My wife and I were really impressed with the quality of our finished bathroom and will definitely be hiring him in the future for other projects!

We bought our house in 2012 and to say the least from a construction standpoint it was not the best. We first had a huge water leak when raining that multiple companies could not figure out where it was coming from. Mid- America took the time to find the issue and remedy it. They also worked with our insurance at this time and were very helpful. Over the years we have had them redo our siding to remedy water leaks, remodel our basement, put a new roof on, fix a couple of plumbing leaks, build a two tier deck (which we love) and build/install some custom built in bookshelves. We have been very pleased with all their work.

I needed a new roof and full tear out of my windows and frames on my 70 year old home in Roeland Park, Ks. MidAmerica Roofing and Construction gave me a competitive bid and a detailed estimate of the completion of the project. I was getting my home ready to list for sale and was under a tight schedule. The owner of the company came out to look at my project and took the time to explain in detail the work they would be performing. They gave me a call when they ran into an issue when tearing off the roof and found 3 layers of shingles on the back side of my house. They also sent photos. They were able to complete the work on schedule even though they had more demo labor and were honest enough to only charge me for two layers of shingle tear off on the front of the house as the original bid was agreed upon. Honesty, integrity, and craftmanship are not usually found in the construction business these days. I was so pleased with the craftsmanship that was provided, as well as keeping my project on schedule.
