Good thing your inspector/ realtor friends throwing jobs your way cause at $50 for 5 minutes work I doubt you would be getting too much work! Only a retard would hire you after giving a bid on a job you didn't even look at yourself. Only a retard would think the kind of work you do is worth $400 an hour. We were only going to allow our realtor to use you because you are known as cheap and halfass! Guess you bid yourself out of this job!
