I needed some "creative" fixes to my house. Carmello was very dedicated on my project. They did all of my repairs and explained the process of what needed to be done, and how they were going to do it, in great detail. The price was fair, and I am happy with the results.

He has done wonderful jobs for my tenants. I am a landlord and my tenants so far has been more than satisfied with his immaculate work. He is pretty detail oriented, and the most wonderful thing is that he just don't do a job. he does the best work ever. He has replaced some wood floors, laminated floors, vinyl floor, painting, kitchen cabinets, replacing door, rebuild cabinets after water damage, changed vanities... I'm satisfied with his services and we will continue using him for keeping my properties up to day.

I bought a brand new place back in 2012. These guys have been my go-to handyman ever since. The main contractor is honest and to the point, punctual and very detail oriented. His no-nonsense approach is phenomenal when you just need to get stuff done. They've painted the entire place, installed multiple appliances (like fans), and repaired drywall leaving them looking like new. I recently had to rent out my place due to a job opportunity in another city and left MHR as the primary contractor for the new tenants. I have yet to hear a single complaint from the tenant or the managing company. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of work these guys accomplish. One last helpful bit about these guys, they lady who assists with the painting has excellent taste in current trends and I let her pick the final colors for the interior. I have gotten compliments from every single person who has visited and it was definitely a selling point when trying to find a great tenant who would treat the place with care.
